Delivery Information

All deliveries within Singapore are free-of-charge with minimum purchase of $40 and above, otherwise will be charge $15.00 (transportation fee). For local orders, please allow 3 working days to process.

Servicing and Repairing

One time payment of $15.00 (transportation fee) for all outdoor services and repairs. Replacement of any spoilt items will be charged accordingly.

Payments

All payments are made Cash on Delivery (COD).
We currently do not accept credit cards or nets.

Replacement or Exchange policy

In case of unavailability of stock, we will notify you via email or phone before we make our delivery.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from DekiBike.Com. If you have received the wrong colour or size, we will replace them with the correct colour or size. Please take note of the terms below to ensure that you are eligible for an item replacement or exchange.

All items sold are not refundable.
We will not replace/exchange items that have exceeded the 7-day grace period, nor items, which are soiled, used or damaged by the customer.
We will not be responsible or entertain any modification work done by third party during the 7-day grace period.
A $15.00 of transportation fee will be imposed after 7 days from the date of purchase if outdoor service or repair is required. Or damages that are not caused by manufacture during the 7-day grace period.
Replacement of any damaged items will be charged according.
